Do you have FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)? Then be sure to join us for our annual Quilting in the Rockies retreat 2025! Once again our venue is on the western slope of the Rockies at the Wine Country Inn! By all accounts, this is the best retreat venue anywhere! Join us to learn, piece, laugh, and enjoy the company of so many like-minded people.

While the Wine Country Inn has blocked rooms for our group, the rooms at our special rate are limited. Lodging is not included in the base price - you will be responsible to make your lodging arrangements. When you phone to make your reservation, be sure to tell them QUILT.

The current room rate is $135 plus 7.27% sales tax and the $6 Palisade Occupancy Tax, per room per night. Note - this room rate can increase at any time. This is a per-room rate, and the King room will sleep 2 people, and the Queen with 2 Beds will sleep up to 4 people. Please note - if you do not have a roommate, and would like one, we can keep a list and maybe match up somebody else who is looking for a roommate - just let us know.

Quilt Retreat Quilt Kit Options:

The quilt that we will be working on is being designed by me (Teresa) Julie and Tracy - from the Stella Mixers. We will release the surprise design in August, along with your color options.

Quilt Size Preference.
The Standard Wall size (80" x 80") is included in the base retreat price ($1649 total), but you can also elect to make a larger Queen (99" x 99 - $1867 total) if you prefer - excluding taxes and gratuity.

Optional Quilt Backing
We have coordinating backing available to order for each kit. Please note -if backing is not reserved at the time of registration, there we cannot ensure there will be fabric for backing while at the retreat. Thank you for understanding.

Optional Quilt Cutting Service
Yes, we know that some of you would love to be able to just sit, set and sew! We have an optional kit cutting service. If you would like this service, please let me know and I will send you the information you need.

Required Taxes & Gratuities
The taxes and gratuities listed here are ONLY for the Lunch & Dinner & beverage tax and gratuities, event usage sales taxes and quilt kit sales tax, and all participants are required to pay. These do not apply to the lodging tax required on your lodging reservations.
