The Homespun Hearth Layaway Plan

• Customer agrees to pay 3 installments over 3 consecutive months.
• Initial charge of 1/3 the total amount due from order total is immediately charged to customer's credit card and items are set aside for customer.
• One month (30 days) later the 2nd month installment will be automatically charged to customer's credit card.
• Finally, on month 3 (60 days), we will charge the remaining balance, and ship package to customer.
• At anytime during the layaway program, the customer may request (via email) that we finalize the order.
• Minimum order amount for Layaway is $50.

The Homespun Hearth Layaway Policy

• Customer agrees to purchase goods by making 3 payments in a 60 day period. The payments will be automatically generated by Homespun Hearth. Homespun Hearth agrees to hold the goods for the customer until all 3 payments are cleared.
• All layaways require 33.33% down with 2 additional equal payments.
• Returns are not allowed on Layaway Items.
• All Layaway sales are final. Once the customer commits to an item by placing it on layaway, he/she is responsible for the remainder of the balance.
• Customer agrees to forfeiture of 50% of the initial payment for any abandoned layaway items.
• Layaway program not available for orders under $50. We apologize for any inconvenience.
